To ensure your paper meets our publication standards, you must use the official Nexus Microsoft Word template. This document handles all formatting (fonts, margins, and spacing) for you automatically.

Quick Checklist

Before uploading, please ensure:

Format: File is saved as a Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF.

Length: Original Research (1,500 – 3,000 words) or Review Papers (2,000 – 4,000 words).

Citations: References are formatted in APA Style (Author, Year).

Anonymity: For the file you upload, remove your name and affiliation to ensure a fair Blind Peer Review.

What Happens Next?

1. Submission

You upload your file via our Portal.

2. Screening

Editor checks for plagiarism and basic rules (1 week).

3. Peer Review

Two experts review your work anonymously (3–5 weeks).

4. Decision

You receive feedback (Accept, Revision, or Reject).

5. Publication

Published online with a permanent URL.

Publication Fees

Nexus Junior Scientists Journal is an independent initiative focused on accessibility.

Vol 1, Issue 1 (Inaugural Issue): FREE (No fees).
Future Issues: Standard APC is $100 USD.
Waivers: We offer 100% fee waivers for students who cannot afford the charge. No valid research is rejected due to lack of funds.
